Bechamel sauce


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped cheese
  2. Milk ( 3 glasses )
  3. Mozzarella ( 125 g )
  4. Kiri cheese
  5. Flour ( x1 table spoon )
  6. Cooking oil


STEPS:

  1. Pour some oil in the cooker
  2. Add the mozzarella
  3. Stir till it melts, add the kiri
  4. Add the milk while stirring
  5. Put the flour and keep stirring
