Diet chocolate cake


Ah chocolate, I believe in that quote " chocolate can bring happiness ", let's make this happiness


Note: cup or glass we meant a normal sized water glass


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg ( x3 )
  2. Cooking oil / Mazolla ( 1/4 cup )
  3. Sugar ( 3/4 cup )
  4. Yogurt ( 3 spoons - medium size )
  5. Flour ( 3 cups )
  6. Cacao ( 3/4 cup )
  7. Low fat milk ( 1 cup )
  8. Yeast ( 1/4 small spoon )
  9. Baking powder ( 1 small spoon )
  10. Some vanilla powder




STEPS:

  1. In a bowel add the eggs and make a mixture
  2. Add the milk, oil, yogurt and keep mixing
  3. Add sugar, cacao, flour, yeast and the vanilla  and keep mixing
  4. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes
  5. Preheat your oven @ 250 degree ( both sides upper and lower ) for sometime then keep the upper only
  6. Bake your cake for 10 minutes
  7. The cake is finished when a knife is inserted into the cake and came out clean ( nothing stick to it )
  8. Take it out and let it cool, put some chocolate chops for decoration
