Eggplant salad


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Eggplant ( x1 )
  2. Tomato ( x1 )
  3. Parsley
  4. Coriander
  5. Onion ( x1 small )
  6. Ground coriander
  7. Salt
  8. Pomegranate syrup
  9. Sweet pepper
  10. Lemon ( 1/2 piece )


STEPS:

  1. Peel the eggplant, slice it and put it in the oven ( or grill it )





  2. Dice it ( cut into small cubes )
  3. Chop the coriander, parsley. Wash them and put them aside
  4. Dice the tomato and the onion, then squeeze the lemon



  5. Add the parsley to the mix and add some salt, peppers, syrup and oil



  6. Good appetite
