Tuna panini


INGREDIENTS

  1. Tuna can ( x1 )
  2. Tomato sauce ( x1 tablespoon )
  3. (optional) Tomato, diced ( x1 )
  4. Black peppers ( x1 teaspoon )
  5. Onion, diced
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Water ( 1/3 glass )

STEPS

  1. Cook the onion, using the oil then add the tomato sauce

  2. Stir and add the peppers
  3. Pour the water, stir for a while

  4. Add the tuna, stir and keep it for 3 minutes
  5. Now have a loaf of bread, put the goods & then press it
